If the USA will not prosecute the war criminals then it’s up to Spain and decent countries to investigate and prosecute the war criminals.

As far as I’m concerned protection of war criminal is in itself a war crime and potentially on day Obama and his justice department may be guilty of crimes gainst humanity.

We should immediately have an independent (perhaps international) tribunal (like that in Nuremberg after World War II) set up to find out exactly what went on. Who are the guilty (or innocent) parties and act appropriately.
