Isn’t Rupert the monkey?
No he’s the donkey. I haven’t written here for quite a while as I have been busy on other blogs on weight loss and I have just reviewed NutriSystem. I’ll write about those in a later post.
An talking about New York Post the Rupert Murder-of-the-Truth rag and it’s recent cartoon about the monkey – my immediate reaction was that Murdock was the monkey whose demise as an evil media dictator would improve the world. But now I think he’s more like a donkey and we should pin his tales (lies, damned lies, and FOX news) on his rear.
Perhaps in time we can have a real FCC and get the fairness doctrine back (at least for over the air media) and also have someone investigate Reverend Sung Yung Moon (the cult leader and self proclaimed second coming of Jesus Christ) and his extreme right wing Washington Times and Rupert whose media empire encompasses the whole universe and beyond.
Since I’m writing about the excptional right wing media I want to make a comment about Lou Dobbs. There was a time that he was sometimes right and he supported the middle classes but I supose he lost all his liberal audience and he’s becomin more and more rabid and moving more and more to the right and soon he’ll be the Mini-Me to Rush Bimbo’s Dr. Evil.
