Hello is there anyone there?
Auschwitz, Belzec, Chelmno, Majdanek, Sobibor, Bergen-Belsen, Buchenwald, Dachau, Sachsenhausen, Treblinka, and Theresienstadt, and now Gaza (1967-20??).
At least people and governments could claim they did not know.
Humanity (me included), God what’s our excuse today?
When the Nazis were murdering 12,000,000 (half of whom were Jewish and half were Gypsies, Poles, Russians and other Slavic races) in their concentration camps we claimed we did not know. Now Gaza is a concentration camp for 1,500,000 and women and children are massacred and we don’t give a damn, which damns us.

The above song great song about Gaza , was composed and performed by Michael Heart.
He wrote this about it:
on Monday night (2 nights ago), I picked up my acoustic guitar and started strumming lightly, while looking at these horrible photos of the casualties in Gaza , on the internet. It was around midnight my time. And before I knew it, by 2 AM, I had written a song about it. The next day (which was yesterday, Tuesday), I decided to record it, not really knowing what I was going to do with it. It was just an emotional outlet for me. But then it occurred to me that maybe if the song was distributed on a massive scale, it could raise awareness about the cause. But more on that later…
I also created a little “home made” slide show, with the song in the background (some pictures are very graphic so please warn your friends). Anyway, for what it’s worth, here’s the song. P.S.
The song is called “We will not go down”.
Please every one go join digg.com if you are not a member already and digg the video at YouTube (rather than here) so we can get a buzz going about it. You can also use any social bookmarking or other way to let your friends know about this wonderful peace song.
I want to end this post on a hopeful sign. Last Thursday (January 15) was my birthday which is irrelevant other than I was lucky enough to be born on the same day as Martin Luther King. So:
We shall overcome
We shall overcome
We shall overcome some day
Oh, deep in my heart
I do believe
We shall overcome some day
The whole wide world around
The whole wide world around
The whole wide world around some day
We shall overcome
We shall overcome
We shall overcome some day

I was surprised at the quality of his voice. A decent song for an indecent time. — Albert
